Outdoor decking

A decking or wooden terrace is a functional construction element that allows interiors to be extended to the outside, integrating projects with nature. It is used around swimming pools, in recreational areas in parks and gardens, as paths through vegetation and even on balconies and terraces, among other uses.

The natural durability and dimensional stability of the chosen wood will be decisive in the performance and longevity of the decking, and in this sense, sweet chestnut wood meets both requirements. However, it is important to keep  in mind that it is a natural material and that exposure to the outdoors will gradually change its appearance. It is advisable to periodically maintain wooden decking with special outdoor oils.

This type of flooring is set up on the top of  under construction and can be installed with steel staples or screwed.
