WPP Group office building

The WWP communication and advertising group bought the former Telefonica headquarters and undertook a “major comprehensive refurbishment of the building” in order to convert it into a “modern and efficient” property.

The complete renovation of the building included a new, highly transparent and acoustically insulated sweet chestnut wood-aluminium curtain wall façade. The façade is the most visible and characterful part, and also the part that must remain unalterable over time, so the choice of high quality and durable materials is essential for the client’s peace of mind, comfort and safety.
