For the restoration of the surroundings of the Iglesia de La Mayor de Soria, carried out by the architect Axel Klein O’Farrel in collaboration with the Buildworks studio, an enclosure was erected consisting of 1,331 wooden slats surrounding the archaeological ruins discovered next to the apse of the church. In this way, and by playing with the lighting, a cosy atmosphere is created that enhances the nocturnal beauty of the historic centre of Soria.
