Gloria restaurant

Restaurant Gloria in Oviedo is the urban and casual proposal of Esther and Nacho Manzano, an authentic old-fashioned restaurant with a touch of modernity. Asturian cuisine with hints of the avant-garde in a versatile menu to enjoy good food.

The ambience in the anteroom recreates a traditional bar “chigre” atmosphere with two long, solid tables with benches, and a sweet chestnut floor with a mixture of widths, without any type of finish, in the traditional manner. The daily washing of this floor with water and bleach gives it a nice grey patina, as well as providing a non-slip effect.
